Returns

Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene), we do not accept returns on used or opened items for safety and hygiene reasons.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must contact us at [your email address] with your order number and photos (if applicable)
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
